**Job Description**:
- Manages event logistics as part of a project team.
- Create, manage, and communicate the project plans for assigned events, with-event, during, and post-event for virtual/hybrid/face-to-face events to ensure exceptional delivery.
- Support strategic initiatives by working with multiple stakeholders to connect program concepts to strategy.
- Plan and execute virtual/hybrid/face-to-face events to include but not limited to: project timelines, event information documents, budgeting and approvals, data analysis and reporting, research and sourcing, health/safety/security, and sustainability.
- Work as part of the planning team on events to support attendee experience and revenue goals.
- Collaborate and manage deliverables with other internal departments and external vendors, to include, but not limited to: procurement, signage, communications, conference fulfillment, exhibition fulfillment, and sponsorship fulfillment.
- Manages pre
- and onsite facility interactions; including but not limited to venue, decorator, freight, audio visual, and virtual/hybrid platform.
- Communicates and completes food & beverage orders.
- Collaborate with event operations colleagues to share industry updates, promote best practices, drive synergies and consistency and foster a culture of innovation to highlight a client-centric approach.
- Assists in the development of the annual budgets and updates monthly forecasts.
- Supports establishing the foundation of event in virtual platform understanding overall functionality to create a quality user experience.
- Acts as Health/Safety/Security advocate for assigned events.
- Assists in making risk assessments and incident response plans. Writes incident reports. Fulfills incident response team role as designated.
- Supports and promotes sustainability initiatives internally and externally.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills written, verbal, presentation.
- Proven expertise in managing project activity, ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Support colleagues and team in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English required.
