**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand specific insurance needs and financial objectives.
- Utilize networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Present and elucidate insurance policies aligned with clients' unique requirements.
- Analyze client situations and customize insurance packages to address distinct needs.
- Educate clients on insurance options, coverage details, and associated benefits.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging insurance products.
- Set, pursue, and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by delivering ongoing support and follow-ups.
- Participate in relevant industry events to expand professional networks.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated success in insurance sales, coupled with an extensive understanding of insurance products.
- Possession of valid insurance licenses in compliance with state regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and persuasive techniques.
