Responsibilities / Job Description:

- Reports to the Head of NSC / Resident Doctors.
- Ensure the DRN OKRs & KPIs executions and metrics are achieved by developing and executing comprehensive MSD department strategies.
- Lead and manage the personnel under the MSDOps departments. This includes recruiting, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation to the team.
- Responsible for managing the MSDOps deliverables, doctors' schedule, motivating staff, clinic audits & resolving conflicts.
- Develop the SOP Workflow & Tasklist for the departments, which includes the clinic's procedures, policies & SOPs to deliver optimal patient care in the clinic.
- Assist the Head of NSC in ensuring effective inventory management carried out by the team.
- Assist the Head of NSC in ensuring the clinic's statutory obligations are met with the governing bodies - Ministry of Health & others.
- Assist Top Management in DRN's strategic management & objectives.
- Execute ad hoc and management tasks from the Head of NSC / Resident Doctors.

Requirement:

- 5+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff to perform their duties efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with medical informatics and computer systems/software.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- WORKING IN A CLINIC/ HEALTHCARE: 5 years (preferred)
