**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities / Job Description**:

- Reports directly to the Brand Marketing Manager in the Marketing Department.
- Ensures the company’s KPIs & OKRs Balanced Scorecard execution and metrics for the department are achieved.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products & services within ethical and patient-centric guidelines.
- Develop, manage and optimize the CRM system to improve customer satisfaction, retention and accurate data handling.
- Develop, design and maintain the company's Social Media Management and ensure its consistent online presence (this includes posts, video creations, and copywriting).
- Responsible for answering feedbacks and inquiries through the company’s social media channels, Google Business platforms and WhatsApp.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized marketing.
- Coordinate and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage and grow our online community.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM and social media activities.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinic, e-commerce teams and to align CRM activities with business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CRM and social media management.
- To assist in managing ad-hoc projects and implementation by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of Department (HOD).

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a diploma in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in CRM or Social Media Marketing role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:
