**Responsibilities**:

- **Phone call and guest**:

- Handling incoming & outgoing phone call in office.
- Receive & transfer messages for staff.
- Receive & assist guest.
- Ensure cleanliness at front desk.
- **Mails, Courier & Newspaper**:

- Receive, sort & record incoming mails/bills.
- Handle outgoing couriers & tracking
- **HRA Administration**:

- To maintain the records of all Telephone.no as well as Ext.no. Given to employees.
- Filing
- General coordination & correspondence.
- **Customer Service**:

- To coordinate with all the internal as well as external customers guest regarding

their
- telephone messages and any other issues.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 1 -2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in Malay and English, oral and written.
- Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
