Account HR Executive

Responsibility
- Maintain full sets of accounts, handling closing of Monthly Management Account.
- Responsible in overall accounting administration including daily accounting data entries.
- Ensure all the financial transactions are properly coded and recorded.
- Assist in Bank reconciliation
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, and other financial and regulatory authorities etc.
- Manage the company hiring for any job opening (job posting, screening and interview arrangement).
- To track staffs attendance, leaves and etc.
- To prepare any HR related documents. To ensure EPF, SOCSO and EIS are paid in timely manner.
- Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time, ie prepare sales quotation, day to day operation in Administration Department.
- Willing to stay back and working on weekend.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Require language: English, Bahasa Malaysia will be added advantage.
- Must have own transport and laptop
- Working hours : Monday to Friday : 8.30-5.30 & saturday alternate.
*Can start IMMIDIATELY and staying nearby Seri Kembangan is a bonus*
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
