**Overview**
This Customer Relation Executive role mainly is to attend to customers' queries and resolve customers' technical issues in their purchasing & setting up journey. We are selling Forex related software. Your task is to guide the customer through and lead them to purchase.
- Chat support with customers.
- Solve customer’s technical issues. (Guide/SOP will be provided)
- Convert enquiries to purchases.
- Rotational shift, 6 working days, working remotely is possible (9am-2am, 2 shifts)
- Training provided (Melaka).
**Requirements**:
- No Academic Qualification requirement, welcome anyone to apply.
- No prior work experience required, previous work experience as a bonus.
- Proficiency in English is a must. (Fluent)
- Proficiency in using the keyboard.
- Good Attitude.
- Cheerful.
- Problem solving.
