**Job Descriptions**:
1. Check all purchase invoices for appropriate documentation and key in to system.

2. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting accounts transactions.

3. Prepare payments to supplier and responding all enquiries from suppliers.

4. Verifies supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

5. Matching credit card report/statement.

6. Assist with others staff as needed.

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
