Accounts Assistant Manager

Assist in leading the Finance Department team and oversee to manage the divisional division of the companies such as Mall, Hospitality and Education.
- Assist to lead the Finance Department team, including but not limited to supervision of the staff, performance appraisal, resources planning and etc.
- Supervise the accounting team in any issues faced by the employees and heavily involve in problem solving.
- Oversee, manage, and prepare the divisions of the companies such as mall, hospitality and Education accounting record, systems, controls and procedures to enable efficient cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purposes.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statement including monthly and annual accounts.
- Review Debtors and Creditors Aging monthly. Join in all credit meetings.
- Assist Financial Controller in financial analysis.
- Liaise with banks, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN), Kastam Department and other government divisions.
- Experienced and good in handling withholding tax and SST.
- Prepare financial management reports, Management Accounts every month for review.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
- Assist to prepare yearly budget/ forecast, cash flow and business plans.
- Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as at when required.
- Perform as per what superior/ Accounts Manager/ Financial Controller requires.
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experienced preferably in Education, Hospitality and Lifestyle and Retail Industries.
- Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Microsoft, Excel and Word/ Preferably WIZ system accounting/Accounting Software
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Malacca City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Assistant Account manager: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
