Assistance Manager, Finance

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle full set of account; prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and financial and management reports.
- Responsible for the overall accounting and tasks that include (not limiting to) AP & AR processes, GL, account reconciliation etc.
- Initiate continuous improvement e.g. accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost control/saving, tax saving, accounting process and procedures, management and financial analysis report, workflow, documentation of accounting record, filing etc.
- Maintenance of accounting records of Companies under accounting Software System.
- Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial reports and yearly budgets.
- Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations.
- To manage cash flow efficiently and liaise with banker on banking matters.
- To maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- To ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement.
- Prepared payment to vendor and manage online banking matter.
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Assist supporting documents compilation and submission.
- Assist in annual audit and tax submission.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Independent, good problem solver and committed to meet deadline.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Achievement driven and results oriented.
- Possess good computer skills & proficient in MS Office Tools, which are necessary for the financial consolidation and reporting.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
