_Overseeing the Accounts Department on the timely and accurate reporting as required by the generally accepted accounting practices within the reporting timetables set._
**Job Duties &** **Responsibilities**
- To ensure the timely preparation and presentation of Financial Reports. These Financial Reports can consist of monthly, yearly financial reports and statements, write-ups, trend of operations, annual budget, cash flow, and outlook and business plan.
- Prepare all month end General Ledger journals. Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts.
- Assist in preparation of Taxation Returns.
- Coordinate and supervise compliance to Accounting checklist.
- To ensure that all the relevant licenses and permits for the hotel operations are applied for.
- Prepare all schedules of Audit.
- Assists the Finance Controller in the performance of their duties.
- Payroll auditing.
- Monitor and investigate the input of bank statement data.
- Review of account payable purchases journals.
- Review and monitor Income Audit Functions.
- Approves the daily report produced by the Income Auditor and General Cashier.
- Able to function as Finance Controller in the event of his or her absence.
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plan.
- Complete all taxation and statistical requirement.
- Providing and interpreting finance information.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM4,613.24 - RM13,129.79 per month
