Admin Account Executive

**Your Key Responsibilities**
1. Update, prepare quotation received from Parts Controller/ Service Advisor for issuance of quotation.
2. Responsible in preparing, verification and issuance of invoice to customer once the job order completed by foreman.
3. Responsible in verified payment from customer and issue receipt to customer.
4. Ensure all transactions are processed and properly recorded.
5. Perform various day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
6. Responsible for data entry and book keeping as well as to make sure relevant financial documents are properly kept.
7. Maintain and update customers records and information in the database.
8. Responsible for general office administration and any other necessary duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Professional Certificate / any other higher qualification in the related field
- Min 1-2 years working experience in administration and accounting
- Ability to use mathematical skill for accurate accounting and multi-tasking
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
