Job Description:
- To monitor daily sales bank in status with all branch including all retail shop, FB shop & expo.
- To generate all bank in information inside system
- To dispatch, courier, receive and distribute weekly document between HQ and branches.
- Run the requested sales report by monthly and complete it before the deadline. Report including:
- Monthly sales performance report, consignment report, promotion bearing & claim report
- Monthly bank in short / over report
- To generate all the membership code inside system to make sure that correct code
allocated to correct branch.
- To assist retail shop to complete the document transaction at system such as stock in
acknowledge, stock in, return note and stock conversion note.
- Compound and filing the hardcopy document.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent or relevant working experience
- At least one (1) year of relevant retailing working experience.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Willing to learn, possess valid driving license and willing to travel
- Independent, takes initiative and self-motivated
- Detailed oriented and good time management skills are required
- Willing to participate in company activities / events
- Able to work OT, weekends, public holidays, depending on business needs
**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
