Maintain and update of all Personal files and related records (eg. Leave records, transfer, daily attendance, monthly punch cards, medical chits, etc.). - Calculation of wages & salaries for all employees by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses, and leaves - Prepare paperwork/ memo for HR policies and procedures - Placement, recruitment, termination, and exit interview of employees - To provide data on employees for the suggestion of confirmation, promotion & increment - Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies - Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications - Perform all relevant procedures & practices as defined in the quality system implemented in the HR department. - To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time. - Responsible for preparing documents of payment listing, reimbursement, inventory, invoicing & all relevant administrative paperwork. - Responsible to assist the accounting department with documentation.
