**Requirement:

- At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related filed, e-commerce is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of focused experience in ecommerce / digital industry.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Strong proficiency in managing product listings, pricing strategies, and customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with managing e-commerce websites and social media platforms.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be fluent English (Mandatory**to coordinate across countries when necessary)
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for e-commerce and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
- Personality shall be 100% open-minded, flexible & self-motivated individual.
- Positive & good personality
- Shopify / online marketplace managing experience.
- Required Skills:
- o Microsoft Excel (eg, Vlookup)
- o Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
- o Video Editing (Adobe Premium / phone app)
- o Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS & scripting (Basic Programmatic) will be an advantage.

**Job Descriptions:

- To develop a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce flow logic and operational nuances of online marketplaces.
- To assist in overseeing day-to-day operations on various online marketplaces, including activities such as order fulfillment and account management (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- To manage and oversee the listing of products and pricing across online platforms.
- To handle customer inquiries through online channels to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- To assist in managing the brand's e-commerce site and social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- To collaborate in setting up store, social media, and e-commerce creatives for campaigns (e.g., store openings, 11.11, 12.12, etc.).
- To execute marketing calendars in conjunction with the E-Commerce Team Lead to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- To participate in the development of online campaigns to attract and engage customers.
- To demonstrate adaptability, multitasking ability, and willingness to explore new ideas to generate profitable online sales and traffic.
- Able to work independently and autonomously to drive projects to completion and exceed goals.
- To provide assistance as needed in various tasks and projects.
- On-site training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all aspects of the role.
