Manage the product listings on the website and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description.
Execute activities relating to sales and promotions over different e-commerce platforms.
Handling customer service queries from various communication channels.
Report on sales and marketing performance using data-driven metrics, forecast monthly and quarterly sales, and achieve personal sales targets.

Experience in running digital advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others, to achieve periodic goals.

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will drive traffic, optimize sales, and enhance the overall performance of our consumer product sales. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar e-commerce and digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Passion for the 3C consumer electronics industry. Prior experience in these fields is highly welcomed.
Self-motivated, with the ability to independently understand and execute goals, tasks, and duties.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be preferred.
