**POSITION : SUPERVISOR BAKERY**

**OUR EXPECTATION TOWARDS THE POSITION**

Carry leadership value to handle staff and outlet welfare with mínimal supervision from management. Able to work independently and have great commitment towards work. Your responsibilities and daily scope of work will need to be report to our Managing Director.
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION**:
A. Local and fluent in English.
B. Minimum 2 year experience in F&B Industry
C. Have experience in handling foreign workers
D. Good at accounting
E. Positive attitude with good communication skills
F. Able to work in shift (Morning, Afternoon, Night)

**REQUIREMENTS AND JOB SCOPE**

A. Create employee schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer service.
B. Verify and monitor the outlet's staff attendance relates to monthly payroll purposes
C. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
D. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
E. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
F. Handle maintenance issue for the outlet, report to management
G. Recruit new worker, train and guide for the SOP at outlet in handling foods
H. Monitor and records petty cash transaction for the outlet
I. Bank in cash sales every day at nearest bank
J. Stock count every week and liaise with purchasing department
K. Manage promotion and seasonal sales KPI
L. Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines which includes cleanliness of the outlets
M. Monitor and control daily order to minimize wasted items
