**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To prepare advance on 15th, employee salary (end of month) and overtime claims
- To prepare payment of EPF, SOCSO & EIS before 15th
- To assist and handling in the administration of foreign workers and dealing with FOMEMA, IMIGRESEN, KDN, MYEG & JTK
- To prepare utility bill
- To ensure renewed all licenses of company
- To purchase office goods (stationery), (face mask), (glove), (medicine)
- To keep records of employees properly updated, organize proper record keeping and filing
- To monitor and conduct the employees discipline and take a necessary disciplinary action against
- To liaise with government agencies on all legal requirements and ensure its compliance
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to HR issues
- To generate monthly payroll and year-end reports
- To prepare sample payroll and FORM EA for RJC
- To manage & coordinate foreign worker in the production everyday
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Independence person/Responsible/Accountable
- Extrovert & aggressive person is needed
- Able to work under pressure.
- Possess good leadership and problem-solving skill
- Possess own transport
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
