**Sales Personality**
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle: Research and chase new prospects, contact potential clients and arrange meetings
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Attending conferences and industry events,
- Close deals/clients
- Ideal choice for those who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven

**Key responsibilities**
- Identify opportunities and new business initiatives of the IT consulting arm
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
- Create and execute ethical business strategies in alignment with the core values of Net6tem and Genuis Brio
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Proposal evaluation/contract negotiation/etc

**Requirements**:

- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Decision makers address book / Network
- Strong communication and organization skills, IT knowledge is a plus
- Entrepreneur mindset, drive, self-motivation, autonomous and proactive
- Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in O365
- Comfortable using a computer for various task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
