**CORE ACCOUNTABILITY**

Responsible to provide clerical and administrative support to Branch operations to ensure compliance to policies and procedures of the Company. Maintain proper record keeping, support in documentations preparations to support branch operations.

**TASK DESCRIPTION**
- Support in preparation of Monthly Route Planning.
- Liaise with Logistics team on Vending Machine movement plan and completion.
- Ensure completion of Vending Machine geo-tagging, defining products, planogram in VOS in liaison with MIS Dept.
- Track and monitor completeness of monthly machine audits and submission of any other periodic audit reports required by HQ.
- Manage response to Customer Careline complains and refund process.
- Assist Technical Services and Operations to prepare and submit Purchase Requisition to Procurement department and follow through on completion of the process.
- Collate and submit Overtime and other expenses claim on timely basis.
- Any other duties within the company’s interest are assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
