We are an exciting neighbourhood gelato (Italian ice cream) shop looking for dynamic personnel to help fill our **FULL TIME** vacancies.

We are hiring for our Central Kitchen location

**What we are looking for in a team member?**
- Able to work well in teams
- Positive learning attitude
- Honesty and punctuality
- Comfortable with food preparations
- Able to converse well in English and Malay/Chinese
- Able to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Prior F&B experience preferred but not a must
- Malaysian citizen

**Responsibilities**

Involve in the development and production of new / existing products and flavours for gelato pastry and gelato
- Gelato Cakes / Pastry
- Gelato flavours
- Platted dessert for dine-in menu
- Supervising and training staff members, when needed
- Ensuring section of the kitchen adhere to hygiene and safety standards set by company
- Ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the gelato pastry section, when needed, and within budget
- Monitoring of relevant ingredient stocks
- Coordinating with gelato kitchen for production of gelato needed for Gelato cakes and pastry
- Decorating gelato pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
