**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Provide support / troubleshoot on IT equipment and related hardware such as photocopier, printer, CCTV and others.
- Setup equipment for company activities and events.
- Provide support for software system including MS Windows / MS Office / ERP system and etc.
- Perform daily routine including backup on system server and file server.
- Update company website & social media platforms on regular basis.
- Perform other ad hoc job assignment as requested by the company.
- Perform documentation & filling task for MIS Dept.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
- Basic IT knowledge (i.e. MS Windows / MS Office / formatting computer and hardware / software troubleshooting skill).
- Written & spoken in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Work together with team to accomplish organization goal and independently on assignment with minimum supervision.
- Visit and carry out troubleshooting in branches on ad hoc basis.
