**Property Manager**

The Property Manager will lead and handle all Real Estate related activities and requirements to maintain and ensure compliance with local jurisdictions and government authorities for land properties. This position reports to the Senior Project Manager (APAC) and is based in **Kuala Lumpur**.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and upkeep accurate register of all land leases & renewals, insurance, taxes, property-related data and permits documentation.
- Maintain fencing, landscape, signage, security of land where applicable.
- Liaison with legal teams and government authorities to maintain compliance with the local jurisdictions for the land properties.
- Provide asset risk assessments, analysis, and maintenance reporting.
- Plan overall asset maintenance works and budgets.
- Engage third party maintenance contractors as needed.
- Able to negotiate effectively.
- Coordinate with the Operational teams and/or a third-party for visits to the property to make sure there are no issues.
- Manage the assignments in Malaysia and provide support for other sites within the region as needed.
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned to meet the company objectives.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Self-starter. Can manage tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under stressful circumstances.
- Strong knowledge and experience in local market, real estate, technical, construction, property management, and asset estate maintenance requirements, as well as contracts negotiation.
- Strong communications skills in coordinating with internal teams and external organizations.
- Effective team player: can cover all gamut of tasks required to ‘getting a job done’.
- Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

**Experience/Education**
- 7+ years of asset management experience, based in Malaysia.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in real estate and facilities management.
