**Continuous Improvement Project Manager/ Lean Project Manager**

**Core Job Responsibilities**
- Lead multiple improvements events aimed primarily on process improvements
- Collaborate with business units to establish yearly targets and drive KPIs on Continuous Improvement
- Promote CI/LEAN principles and practices and mentor colleagues to grow LEAN culture
- Organize and deliver LEAN training at all levels and across functions within the Group
- Collaborate with business units to perform value stream mapping, time motion study and OPE analysis
- Champion major Kaizen events across the organization while ensuring sustainment of A3 at section level driving ownership and accountability
- Coach CI Coordinator/ Lead/ staffs in problem solving efforts to establish process families, reduce cycle time and eliminate waste/cost-of-poor quality
- Conduct assessment on operational process issues with focus on identifying ‘why?’
- Drive issue resolutions through Kaizen & structured root cause problem solving methodology.
- Partner with operation teams to move towards Lean Process Assurance.
- Develop and implement LEAN tools within the organization

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering discipline from a recognized university
- Min. 5-8 years of related experience in Quality & LEAN deployment
- Minimum Green Belt certified by recognized organization in industry
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong familiarity in time motion study, value stream mapping & Process mapping
- Proven foundation in data analysis, SPC, FMEA and any related quality tools
- Facilitation skills and proven leadership mentoring others in improvement activities
- Good leadership and strong communication skills to lead productivity improvement.
