**Job description**
- Assist in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Participate in routine system upgrades and patch management activities
- Contribute to software development projects under the guidance of senior developers.
- Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, gaining exposure to project management and implementation processes.
- Assist in researching and evaluating new technologies that align with the company's objectives.

**Transportation**: Abdullah Hukum KTM & LRT accessible

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 5-6 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month

Schedule:
