As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our Social Media & Marketing teams to support and expand our influencer marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign management, and data analysis. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to grow Capital A’s online presence through influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Outreach:

- Identify and research potential influencers and content creators within our niche.
- Initiate and maintain communication with influencers through various channels.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and agreements.

2. Campaign Management:

- Assist in planning, developing, and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product shipments and ensure influencers have the necessary resources.
- Monitor and track campaign progress, making adjustments as needed.

3. Content Review:

- Review influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with influencers to make necessary content revisions.

4. Data Analysis:

- Analyse campaign performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare reports on campaign outcomes and provide insights for future improvements.

5. Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing influencer marketing strategies.

6. Administrative Tasks:

- Manage influencer databases and track influencer contracts and payments.
- Assist with administrative duties related to influencer marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player.
