**What You'll Be Doing**:

**What You'll Need to Be Successful in the Role**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office will help you hit the ground running.
- Experience with design software like Canva is a plus.
- You'll need to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- With a proactive attitude and strong multitasking abilities, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment.
