**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and enquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner.
- To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
- Responsible to ensure customer’s satisfaction in form of courteous and prompt service and update customers with accurate information.
- Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate (SPM with credit in BM, English & Mathematic) with 2 years related working experience.

2. Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree - approved by MQA) are encouraged to apply

3. Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills).

4. Willing to work flexible and shift hours.

5. Good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.

6. Basic telephone communication skills.
- Project a “Smiling” voice.
- Good listening skills

7. Customer service oriented mindset

8. Ability to cope with stress and to remain calm in all customer service situations

- **Working Hours**:
Mon - Friday : 6.30am - 12am (9hours/day)

Sat, Sun & PH : 6.30am - 12am (9hours/day)

Must be willing to work shift rotation.

**Must possess Laptop/Desktop & Unifi/Broadband for online training (at home)**

Typing : 40wpm / Accuracy : 90%

**Basic Salary**:
RM1,500 - RM1,800 + Allowance

Shift / Language / Tech skill allowances etc.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
