Professional Skill Requirements:

- At least 5+ Years of developer experience in Oracle PL/SQL
- Prior working experience in a development team lead capacity will be an added advantage.
- Understand full life cycle development: Architecture, Unit Testing and Production Support
- Analytical, Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Aptitude for debugging problems in complex, unfamiliar code. Strong Troubleshooting skill is required.
- Expertise in writing and executing SQL queries and statements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good to have related Oracle Certification such as Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- Experience in Life Insurance Industry is an added advantage.
