- To ensure pricing according to customer purchase order; check debtor aging and stock level
- To process invoice using Inventory system and timely delivery to customers.
- To prepare daily call out and sales activity report
- To assist marketing staff in clerical, sales data gathering and administrative works.
- To compile all sales-related document for processing.
- To ensure clear communication to all sales personnel

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
- Possess positive work attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)
