Account Assistant

Assist in day to day finance operations and he / she is primarily responsible for computing, recording, collecting, analysing and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records of the financial operations of the F&B and hotel.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Maintain proper and up-to-date accounting records
- Generate and check invoice according to customer or supplier
- Submit invoice report & data recording
- Perform month-end closing and reconciliations for presentation to management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all Purchase Order and related documents are in place
- To ensure invoices are in place for timely payment
- Prepare Credit Note & Debit Note if needed
- Maintain proper filing system from time to time
- Any other duties and responsibilities within the department which assigned by Superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferable 1 year of working experience.
- Independent, dynamic & strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
