Internship (Admin & HR) - Chinese Speaker

Responsible back up general administration and office operational works. Assisting the staff with general office duties, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination.
- Compiles and maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Answer and redirect telephone calls.
- Responsible for other clerical duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports and data entry via computer.
- Sort and deliver incoming mails, arrange for mails to be send out.
- Assist Admin Personnel in administrative works related to company business development.
- Assist in managing the flow of paperwork and office supplies requests.
- Responsible in handle Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order.
- Calling for quotations.
- Inventory upkeep. Example, pantry inventories, stationaries stocks, photocopier cartridges, praying flowers, contract renewal documentations.
- Follow up payments with accounts.
- Store room upkeep.
- Provide beneficial administrative support to the immediate superior with any general tasks as required.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree student in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Attention to details.
- Communication abilities and able to follow instructions.
- Able to meet dateline.
- To operate basic computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and PDF.
- Involve in HR related matters
