_**Afitty Sdn Bhd**_ is currently looking for Internship Program to join their company administrative / secretarial / accounting / human resource / marketing / taxation team in Johor Bahru (Dato Onn) and Melaka (Ayer Keroh) office.

**Responsibilities**:
Our internship program provides students with practical hands-on experience and opportunities to explore their interest and further develop professional skills and competencies.
- **Administrative Department**:_
- Provide administrative support to the department’s operations
- Update internal records and processing letters/agreement/shared folder
- Customer service to assist client
- **Corporate Secretarial Department**:_
- Update & maintain statutory registers and records
- Prepare & filling of e-Forms with ACRA and e-Stamping of transfer forms
- **Accounting and Tax Department**:_
- Prepare financial data entry into the accounting system
- Handle account closing up to the monthly trial balance, income statement and balance sheet
- Prepare client financial statements
- Preparation / Review of tax computation and Form C
- Assisting the client for GST registration
- **Human Resource Department**:_
- Perform monthly payroll and submit CPF for clients
- Prepare payroll report, final payment and statutory payment for clients
- Prepare documentations for client entry pass in Singapore
- **Requirements **_
- Undergraduates pursuing min Diploma, Degree in Accounting/Finance/Human Resource Management, Corporate Administration or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Possess strong leadership qualities, actively involved in extracurricular activities
- Those who are experience in Audit Firm are encourage to apply
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
