Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
Record Keeping: Maintain files and records, both electronic and physical. This includes data entry, scanning documents, and ensuring information is organized and accessible.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, workshops, or conferences. This can involve coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and managing RSVPs.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members.
Financial Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.
Database Management: Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information and generating reports as required.
Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.
Project Support: Provide support on various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Research: Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by supervisors or team members.
Problem Solving: Address routine issues independently and escalate more complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Overall, administrative assistants play a vital role in keeping an office or department running efficiently by handling a wide range of tasks and supporting the team in various administrative capacities. Adaptability, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are key qualities for success in this role.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
