**Responsibilities**:

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, workshops, or conferences. This can involve coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and managing RSVPs.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members.

Financial Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.

Database Management: Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information and generating reports as required.

Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.

Project Support: Provide support on various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Research: Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by supervisors or team members.

Problem Solving: Address routine issues independently and escalate more complex problems to supervisors when necessary.

Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Overall, administrative assistants play a vital role in keeping an office or department running efficiently by handling a wide range of tasks and supporting the team in various administrative capacities. Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
