Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
- The Account Manager will be able to analyze & present other local operators (OLO) activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans. They foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned. They identify account groomed by locations, product and aligned with Company’s direction. They also focus on developing new sales opportunities and generate profitable revenue within the assigned accounts._
What are you accountable for?
- Ensure detailed and ambitious plans are in place to achieve winning goals (market leadership, market share growth and subscriber share growth) for the Area assigned.
- Ensure competitiveness of channel through raising of operating standards and store productivity, including channel expansion and dealership purification to meet and exceed established sales goals.
- To be the Leader for of Dealers - through intensive business strategy led engagements and formulation of action plans to achieve agreed short and mid-term goals.
- To advise dealers on their business operations through gaps identification, local area competitiveness analysis, business guidance and advise on What’s Next.
- To guide dealers in formulating effective & efficient sales campaigns by executing business reviews and implementation of plans on a regular basis.
Key Deliverables
- Build market position in the assigned area by identifying potential business deals and closing relationship with existing and new dealers.
- To be accountable for the incremental revenue growth of key segments such as mobile & fixed solutions (Consumer postpaid, Fibre, Enterprise).
- Defining market, competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Create sales opportunities and procedures designed to increase and improve conversion rates and sales.
- Maintain high levels of dealer satisfaction tracked through NPS.
What do you need to have for this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Business Administration, Marketing.
- 5-7 Years of work experience and 2-4 Years of relevant experience in similar industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills.
