We are on the lookout for a competent **Executive Assistant** to support our **Chief Commercial Officer**. You will be the one to organize and maintain the schedule and assist her by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Professional coordination, and arrangement of meetings, rooms/facilities/venues, appointments, and schedules for senior management.
- Proactive follow-up and updates with team members and key stakeholders on tasks, projects, and assignments as needed.
- Support any coordination of projects, tasks, assignments for timeline deadlines and any resources required.
- Maintain efficient data maintenance, files, correspondences, and confidential information.
- Research, collect data and prepare information or reports when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a personal assistant to a C-suite executive.
- Discrete, trustworthy and committed to a high level of confidentiality.
- Allstars are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sepang (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sepang: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
