**JOB PURPOSE / OVERVIEW (For this Job)**
- Revolves around driving and optimizing the revenue and profitability of a business through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and implementing initiatives to enhance the commercial success of the organization.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (For this Job)**
**1. Make Appointment**
- Initiate contact with potential clients and leads to schedule appointments for sales presentations.
**2. Identify Lead.**
- Identify and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
**3. Meeting & Presentation.**
- Participate in initial customer meetings to introduce the organization, understand client needs and set the stage for sales presentations.
**4. Follow-up.**
- Conduct timely follow-up with prospects after initials meetings, addressing queries, providing additional information, and nurturing relationships.
**5. Planning.**
- Develop and implement strategic plans for commercial growth, aligning with overall business objectives.
**6. Market Analysis.**
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for potential areas for business growth.
**7. New Customer Base**
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and clients, expanding the organization's customer base.
**8. Marketing Contents.**
- Ensure that marketing materials effectively convey brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
**9. Competitors.**
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
**Requirement**
- 1-2 years experience in related field
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Fresh graduates are welcoming to apply
- Seeking individuals who are passionate about sales and marketing.
- Sound knowledge in MS office (Power Point, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel).
- Proficiency in tools that facilitate sales processes, such as sales enablement platforms or customer engagement tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts can be beneficial for understanding and customizing online content
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
