**JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors in the office. You will be in charge of giving visitors directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and so on in different departments
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/ Certificate in a related field
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English with written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.

**Job Type**: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000 per month
