**Responsibilities**
- To create/update/maintain information database from time to time, such as new tenant list information such as renewal and termination.
- To assist in compiling tenant sales every month obtained from system, HPMS (uploaded by tenant via POS system) & manual report submission from tenant PIC.
- To obtain sales from all tenants including POS exempted tenants, pop up stores, missing sales, backdated submission (previous month, if any).
- Follow-up with tenants to ensure all the relevant documents such as Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement are being executed by both parties.
- To assist in handling pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as issuance of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement and Supplementary Agreement.
- To assist in monitoring lease expiry and renewals. Preparation of tenancy renewal & expiry summary for the Leasing Manager periodically.
- To support the Leasing Manager in achieving the KPI ie occupancy rate, additional rental income from kiosks and push carts.
- Provide administrative support to Leasing department (which includes filing, new leasing inquiries & potential tenants follow up, correspondences, collection of tenant’s documentation, etc.).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
