Sales Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries such as provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Maintain a proactive relationship with existing customers
- Take and process customer orders and payments
- Issue Delivery Order, Invoices, Credit Note, Purchase Order and deal with paperwork.
**Requirements**:
- Able to communicate efficiently in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Minimum SPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Proficient in media social for advertise purpose
- Fresh graduated or have experience in related industry
- Responsible, cooperative, and proactive
Remarks:
Our job is located in Batu Gajah (Bemban)
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
