**Company Background**:
Our client is one of the largest travel service provider that offer a full range of travel products. Currently they are looking for fresh graduates to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with customer by calls or online communication channel who is traveling over the world
- Handling complaints and inquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally
- Trouble shooting, customer supporting, emergency help line;
- Liaising with networking offices or supplier for case follow up, liaising with client, travel agent, sales person in charge for solution
- Update the case and provide the report and statistic where is necessary.
- Flexible to support other department where is necessary.
- Accept the task and project assigned by manager or company

**; Requirements: - Job Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1 year of working experience in travel industry will be added advantage.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken and written)

**Job Details**:

- 5 working days, 2 off days (24/7 rotational shift - 8.00am to 4.00pm / 4.00pm to 1.00am / 1.00am to 8.00am)
- Basic Salary from RM3,000 + RM700 shift allowance
- Location: Jalan P. Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur
- Near to public transport; LRT (Dang Wangi) / MRT (Raja Chulan)
