**Company Overview**:
- One of the latest and newly built outdoor adventure Camp by the Orbix Education Group that also owns and manages the Orbix International Schools, AI Academy & Senta Academy.
- Located at Minyak Beku, Batu Pahat, Johore, the Camp & Resort sprawls across six acres of land. This purpose-built facility and Camp boasts an 18 fun-filled obstacle course, 21 high rope challenge elements, an Archery Tag, a swimming pool and a 200 meters zipline (flying fox).
- The Camp also houses 12 comfortable A frame air -conditioned cabins with en-suite bathrooms that can sleep up to eight (8) campers per cabin. It also has about 20 chalets that can house two (2) to (4) guests per chalet.
- It is the perfect and ideal site for training and team-building. Senta Adventure Camp also offers customized packages for groups, get-togethers, reunions, retreats, events, weddings and functions.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an **Executive Administration** position, **located in Batu Pahat**. The Executive Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel, managing calendars, and providing other general support to senior management. The Executive Administrator will also be expected to be proactive in problem-solving and continuously improve overall organizational effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing administrative operations and supporting senior management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute daily operations and administrative work, including schedules and logistics coordination.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency enhancements.
- Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept securely.
- Maintain a proper filing system to ensure effectiveness of access/retrieval of documentation.
- To take charge of all calls, inquiries and visits by guests and visitors
- To undertake administration and marketing work of the Camp & Resort when required.
**Requirements**:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or discipline.
- Preferably at least 2 years’ work experience in operation and admin field.
- Familiarity with operations and administrative processes is an added advantage.
- Excited to learn the new things and passion for outstanding achievement.
- Inquisitive and organized.
- High attention to detail, organized, independent, and proactive.
- Those who can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
