**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
Diploma or Degree in Procurement/Purchasing/Accounting or equivalent.
Required at least 2 years working experience in related field.
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver and planner with the organization and analytical ability.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, inquiring, and negotiating stock items in accordance with required specifications.
- Monitor, handle and report on purchase item i.e. goods defect, items return.
- Complete each requisition by selecting the vendor, setting proper price comparison/quotation summary.
- Obtain the authorisation signatures from relevant authorized person.
- Initiates purchases order based on approved purchase requisition and confirm orders.
- Ensure the items are purchased at the lower price possible without affecting the quality, standard and prompt delivery date.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all supplier profiles, their products ranges and pricing lists.
- Maintain good interpersonal relations with suppliers.
- Undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc and related duties specified by Management.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
