Front Office Coordinator

Provide Secretarial support to the Front Office Department and perform administrative /clerical duties such as typing, filing, preparation of reports, drafting of simple memorandum.
- Maintain the Department filing system and to keep on file accurate records of the following:
- Purchase request order.
- Maintenance work order and special job order form.
- Follow up on all purchase orders, particularly those outstanding.
- Department’s leave record.
- Department monthly report.
- Assist to plan and prepare for Department Duty roster.
- Prepare and submit staff’s overtime claim form.
- Process and updating staff annual leave, Public Holiday’s leave and Medical leave status.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
