**JOB SUMMARY**

The concept of "front office" has a more particular connotation in various businesses, most notably investment banking, hotels, and sports.

In the hotel sector, the front office is the location where guests first come. This section is also known as the receiving area. A receptionist is often employed at the front office; their responsibilities include contacting clients, confirming reservations, and answering queries.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:

- **PREFERABLY FREE HAIR GIRL**:

- **EXPERIENCE IN 3, 4, OR 5 STAR HOTEL**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Keep the front desk neat and attractive with all essential materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
- Greeting and welcoming guests.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Answer all incoming calls, divert them, or keep messages.
- Receive and distribute mail, goods, etc.
- Prepare outgoing mail by composing messages, securing parcels, and so on.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange orders as needed.
- Maintain current records and files.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Take on other responsibilities as given (travel arrangements, scheduling, etc.)

**REQUIREMENT & SKILLS**:

- Possess a track record of success in front desk, agency, or related roles
- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax, printer etc.)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and office management
- Competent in both written and spoken English
- Outstanding proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong multitasking and organizing skills
- Ability to solve problems
- A focus on customer services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
