**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide secretarial and administrative support in the daily operations of the administration department.
- Act as the organizational receptionist to receive phone calls and guests or visitors.
- To regularly check and maintain records of necessary office supplies.
- To communicate regularly with the department to help procure required office items.
- To compile, maintain and update company-related records.
- To be responsible for recording incoming and outgoing mails.
- To perform general clerical duties including faxing, scanning, filing and general housekeeping.
- To understand and maintain QMS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- In addition to the roles and responsibilities, employees always have to take care of the safety and health of self and other employees in accordance with the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 1994 Section 24 PART VI GENERAL DUTIES OF EMPLOYEES.
- To perform other related duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT**
- SPM/Diploma in business administration or equivalency.
- Minimum two (2) years working experience in administrative roles or related field.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to meet task’s datelines.
- Disciplined, able to accept instructions and have a high work ethic.
