**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with recruiters, team leads and line manager to deliver recruitment strategy, handle processes and provide project support.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines.
- Assess own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SOP.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency so as to keep us ahead of the competition, and induce retention internally.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Administration or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience, with IT role sourcing experience is highly desirable.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (HQ working language), both written and spoken.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and respond to changing priorities to derive positive long-term outcomes.
- Problem solver, able to multi-task, prioritize and maintain a “Can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels.
- High self-motivation; Good interpersonal and good time management skills.
- Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines.
