HR and Development Administration Specialist

As an HR, Construction, and Development Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our company's operations, particularly in the areas of human resources, construction project management, and development administration. This multifaceted role requires a diverse skill set, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to handle a wide range of responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of HR, construction projects, and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: 1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and initial interviews. 2. Onboard new employees, facilitate orientation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 3. Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information. 4. Help manage employee benefits and coordinate performance appraisal processes. 5. Address employee inquiries and concerns, and provide general HR support. Development Administration: 1. Assist in the administration of real estate and property development projects. 2. Manage documentation related to land acquisition, permits, zoning, and legal requirements. 3. Coordinate with local authorities, contractors, and consultants to facilitate the development process. 4. Support financial aspects of development projects, including budget tracking and reporting. 5. Contribute to feasibility studies and market research for potential development opportunities. General Administrative Tasks: 1. Maintain organized records and documentation for HR, construction, and development activities. 2. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. 3. Provide administrative support to senior management as required. 4. Assist colleagues whenever necessary
