Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and strategies.

Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:
Stay updated on our product offerings, industry trends, and sustainable practices.

Educate clients on the benefits of choosing recycled metals and our eco-friendly solutions.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, offering tailored recommendations based on their needs.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Prepare and submit sales contracts and proposals in a timely manner.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Monitor and report on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in field sales, business development, or related roles.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
