**Production Line Leader l Nusajaya**:

- **Salary : Rm 2000 + Allowance + OT(if any)**:

- **Working days : 4 days/week (8am - 8pm) / (8pm-8am)**Responsibilities**:_
- 1. To supervise daily operations on the production floor. Supervise workers and manage their attendance and overtime.
- 2. Ensure raw material in control procedures, based on Company policies, are followed to ensure minimum cost and lead times
- 3. Assists in monitor manufacturing efficiency and quality performance. Update efficiency tools and ERP system in daily basis.
- 4. Assists to check plant maintenance activities to assure good housekeeping, safety and operating equipment in proper condition.
- 5. Assist the Production Manager to monitor, organise and control daily Production. To be responsible for daily production output vs target given.
- 6. To reduce losses due to wastage, breakdown, idling time, accidents and low morale.
- 7. To promote good teamwork and communication with staff and workers. rationalize consumption, storage, usage, handling and flow of material.
- 8. To ensure safety and security of team members, equipment, material and environment.
- 9. To patrol periodically and ensure that all workers follow safety rules and usage of PPE.
- 10.Train new workers in the line to adhere on operating procedures and standards.
- 11.Involve in new innovation and invention for hardware design and materials whichever possibility could improve machine/cost/safety aspect
- 12.Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.
- **Job Requirement**:_
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience as Supervisor / Line Leader role in manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Computer literate and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and Strong problem-solving skills.
- Work well under pressure. Able to work meticulously with mínimal supervision and guidance.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
